I will be staying in Aix-en-Provence for a week in November. I am not renting a car, but would like to take a day trip to the Camargues. Does anyone have suggestions for good group tours from Aix?

The Aix-en-Provence Tourist Information office is pretty good and has a number of tours of the area, however I do not see one listed for the Camargue. I know there are some that operate out of Arles which is a good bit closer to the Camargue.

Look up "Where to watch birds in the Camargue Regional Nature Park". November seems to be a good time for wintering birds.

I was curious about the same day trip destination (we are staying a few nights in Aix in late October following the Best of Eastern France tour) and found this tour guide, who I believe operates from Aix:

I have no experience with the guide, but I did find the company listed on Tripadvisor, complete with over 100 5 star ratings, so I sent off an email inquiry to find out more.
