We had an excellent private tour Driver Guide Service (http://www.driverguideservice.com) in Rome. For €380 the four of us had an air conditioned Mercedes with a very knowledgeable Claudio, for almost 8 hours. He took us everywhere we wanted to go. When we went into a church or to lunch, he would park and wait with his car. He loved talk about his city and its history. We couldn't have asked for more.
