Dali day trip - Viator or?

Husband & I looking at Viator's day trip to the several Dali sites near Barcelona. Have you taken it recently? Several not-so-good reviews from 2014 on this forum. Any other companies recommended? Gracias!

Viator is a tour consolidator and they get bad reviews for a reason. Look for Dali tours online using Google, and you will probably find whatever tour Viator is selling.

Check tours on Trip Advisor to see what is on offer, read the reviews, maybe ask on the Barcelona forums. Have you asked on the Spain forums here?

I'm not familiar with this tour. However I used viator a lot on my first trip to Europe and was nothing but pleased with each tour I took. I used them in Holland, England and France. I plan to use them again this year on my return to Europe. Their prices are competitve with other companies offering the same tours. Like with anything, do your research to find out if it's the best fit for you. I will say too that when we missed our Catacombs Tour in Paris due to travel snafus, viator was more than happy to offer to reschedule us or refund our money. They wanted us to be happy and we got our refund quickly and without hassle.

Stewart, sorry but I can't recommend a guide/guided tour to the Dali sites but I can enthusiastically recommend visiting Castel Pubol (Gala's house), the Dali Museum in Figueres, and the beach house in Cadaques. In '13, we visited the three sites after Barcelona via a rental car while staying on the Costa Brava at Calella de Palafrugell. Enjoy, we certainly did.
