coliseum tour with coop culture

I received payment confirmation on a tour scheduled 05/2019 but no tickets or confirmation from Coop Culture. I have also sent emails to them and no response. Do you have any suggestions?

Are you sure your original email from them doesn't contain an attachment of a ticket code or printable ticket? Call or check your credit card company to see if it has been processed. If it has not been, have them decline the purchase and find another tour.

I had the same experience and, Im sorry I cant remember, but we did just show up at the box office with either a copy of the email, or possibly nothing but I.D. and they ushered us right in and we had no problem. Hopefully thats the case for you

In Rick Steves 2019 Italy Rome guide, it states I can buy a super pass online at coopculture.it to Coliseum Forum/Palantine for anytime. When I look online, I only see timed entrance and there are none available. Please help.

Linda, the S.U.P.E.R. ticket is only for the Palatine Hill and Forum, with special access to Palatine sites not included in ordinary-entrance tickets. It does not include the Colosseum.

My guess is that it may have been possible before to buy an "anytime" S.U.P.E.R. ticket online but changed since the book went to press OR it's not going to be available until this November (see article below). There have been so many changes to ticketing this year that I've all but given up trying to keep them straight!

Just did this, with their tour as our order kept not processing through their bank. And did not select print at home. Showed up with the email confirmation that had the order number, and everything was fine, they directed me everywhere necessary.

Note that it is a crush of people all around there, and tours can be delayed, ours was pushed back 45 minutes that day.
