City Tours in Prague, Vienna, Budapest and Krakow - how do you pick a tour company

I know its a lot to ask, but looking for tours in each of these countries. We are travelling in April. We only have 2 1/2 days in each country, so looking to do an overall tour on the first day of each place to get a sense of where things are and what we might want see more in depth. Looking for ideas on which tour companies to check out.

Prague: We know we want to see Kutna Hora one day, but would like an overall tour of the city for the first day. Either walking or bus

Budapest: We know we want to go to the baths one day, but want an overall city tour also

Vienna: Not sure what we want to see in Vienna yet but overall city tour would be helpful

Krakow : We want to go to the salt mines one day, but want an overall city tour also

I would look up these cities on Trip Advisor and then check out the tour companies for each city. Read their reviews, read their websites, and see if they offer what you are looking for. Maybe post a question on their forums, where you have more people who have visited each city and who can offer advice about how to plan your day, what to see and do.

For something unique in Krakow, you might try the Crazy Guides. I tried to book them while on my RS Eastern Europe tour last summer but the timing didn't work out. It sounds like a lot of fun. They're mentioned in the Rick book and are highly rated on Trip Advisor.
