We had a fabulous bike tour through Steel Donkey Bike Tours in Barcelona. We met our guide and got our bicycles in the Gothic Quarter and then set off on a 4 hour bike tour of the city. This included time to get off our bikes to explore and take photos (our guide watched the bikes and also offered to take a photo for us). There was also the opportunity to stop for coffee or a snack at our own cost while he again watched the bikes. He gave a good historical and cultural tour of the sights. Most of the biking was on designated bike paths but we did have to go on the road briefly at one point. There were 6 of us plus the guide. Highly recommend!

We loved Fat Tire Bike Tours in Barca and have also used them in several other European cities including Paris, Rome. Excellent company--The last time we used them, we had to change our reservation at the last minute. My husband had an ER visit and wasn't going to be able do our planned Versailles trip. They graciously refunded him and allowed my son and I to change to a Paris tour. Their guides have been great, prices fair and equipment has been excellent. Use them!
