Battle of Normandy D-Day Tour

I recently took a short trip to France to tour Normandy with some friends. We could not have been more pleased with our tour with Edward Robinson (Battle of Normandy Tours)! We could not believe how he researched and crafted our day tour specifically around my friend's grandfather's 101st airborne division. It was a priceless gift to get to track his steps of after landing on Normandy with Edward's commentary and detail. His knowledge is so impressive and I know we barely skimmed the top of all he could have shared. He really helped us understand all that was happening during such a critical part of our history, and his ability to help us connect personally to my friend's grandfather was so special. I cannot imagine getting half as much out of our short time in Normandy without Edward. He is so gifted at what he does, and I highly recommend a tour with him.

What a nice recommendation!

To me having a good tour guide for this area is critical and I'm so glad this one helped your friend make that connection with the Granddad's experience. That makes touring this whole area so much more meaningful.

Thank you for this! I had not thought about D-Day tours until recently. I looked at the BoN website and found out that they may also do Dieppe. My wife's uncle is buried at the military cemetery there so I am looking into that. Thanks again, it was very helpful to see this.
