We are planning our first trip to Argentina this Feb. We have 2 days in El Calafate. Interested in a day tour of Lake Argentina and the glaciers. Wanted a bit more than the hour boat tour you can do thru the park? Any recommendations for a boat and glacier tour that will include hotel transportation? Also, any hotel recommendations for the area? Thank you!

I have not been there but thought I would give you a few other general threads here about Argentina that might have some information (and will also bump up your post so others can see it).
One tip - when you name the topic of your thread/question, it's best to be as specific as possible. So instead of just calling it "Argentina", I would suggest something like "Questions about El Calafate in Argentina" or similar. I would also probably put it in the Beyond Europe forum instead of Day Tours.

@Cors. I just finished a two week trip in Argentina. I did the mini trekking in El Calafate with Heilo & Aventura. It including climbing the Perito Moreno Glacier, the bridges and a short boat ride. This took most of the day. Pick up was from the hotel.
In El Chelten used Exploradores and saw the Vespignani Glacier. Not as spectacular as Perito Moreno, but still nice. Again pick up from hotel and this was a half day. It also offered a nice view of Fitz Roy from the other side.
