Where to have an early breakfast in Prague?

We have read lots about visiting the Charles Bridge at Sun up, so we thought we'd give it a try. We're starting from our hotel in the Mala Strana so will be crossing over to the Stare Mesto. Does anyone have any recommendations for a cafe which opens early. It appears that the sun rises at 6:49 on the day we're visiting so we'd probably want to eat around 8:00 on the Stare Mesto side (maybe Kampa?). Hoping to avoid the touristy spots in Old Town Square.
Thank you

Kampa is on your side of the river, not the Old Town. 200m from the Old Town Square is Bakeshop which opens from 7am or try Coffee Lovers which opens from 7-30am.

We had a lovely late breakfast at Mistral Cafe in Prague. It opens at 8am most days.

One morning we did an early tour, so long before our hotel breakfast opened. We ended up just getting something from Starbucks near the Astronomical Clock as they opened at 7am. Yes, it is a Starbucks, but our early morning walking tour started early and this worked;)
