What to do on Easter Sunday (April 20th 2025) ?

I'll start by saying that I will be in Prague from April 16th to the 21st. April 17th and 18th, I will be doing the 2 days recommended plan from Rick Steves book. On the 19th, I will probably do a day trip to Kutna Hora...but on April 20th, which is Easter Sunday, I have no clue what to plan on that day. I will be going there solo by the way. I know they have Easter markets and all, but I think I would need to plan more things for that day, I highly doubt that I would just visit the markets from morning all the way to late in the afternoon, right?

I tried looking into visiting Konopiste Castle as I was curious about Franz Ferdinand's rooms and all, but they don't seem to do any English tours for that...not on that day when I go on the official website. Maybe go to Terezin museum?

I'm open to your suggestions.

Thanks in advance.

The only things that will be closed on the 20th will be the Jewish sites (holiday) and the Funicular (maintenance). Apart from that, everything else is open. You'll actually find that it's treated like a regular Sunday and the only difference will be outside of the centre where smaller independent businesses take the long weekend off. So you'll have all the museums, galleries, gardens, riverside, cruises, towers, beer tours, food tours, art tours. Book ahead if you want to do official tours like at the Old Town Hall, ST Nicholas Lesser Town, Klementinum or Municipal House. Lots to do!!!
