Hi,
Visiting Prague and Cesky krumlov in May 2018 for 5 days as a part of a longer trip of the region.
Have booked the shuttle to and from Cesky Krumlov. Staying in the Hotel Hastal, old town in Prague and Rick's recommended castle view apartments in krumlov.
Is there any other sightseeing tickets or attractions that need prebooking / reservation like the Borghese gallery / Vatican museums in Rome.
Any suggestions regarding the same would be welcome.

We stayed at both of those hotels on our trip a few summers ago. Loved them both, great locations. We didn't pre book any tours in either city. In Prague we planned the night before what we wanted to see depending on the weather. In Cesky Krumlov we took the free walking tour offered through the TI and had a lovely guide. We walked up to the castle and toured there. It wasn't too crowded. We spent 2 nights there and felt like it was a little vacation during our vacation.
