We will be traveling from Berlin to Prague ( by car, I think) next spring and wondering where we might stop for a night or 2 or a few hours???

We're going to be in Berlin in April, 2020. If we were going to Prague, it'd be by train and we'd be stopping for two days in Dresden on the way. The cities are not far apart.
Dresden is an incredible art and museum city that was bombed so heavily at the end of WWII and just restored in recent years. We have a relative from there that left 11/1938 for NYC. See Wikipedia.com
We're going to be renting a car and driving to Krakow from Dresden.
