My family and I will be travelling to these three countries this summer, and I was wandering what power plugs and voltage converters we will need. We will be recharging our i-phones, camera, and my daughter has online classes she needs to keep up with on her Apple computer. Thank you!

You will need an adapter for European plug. Most new appliances can take 110 V or 220 V so voltage converter is not needed. To be sure, check it. It's usually on the plug.

I used the two prong European plugs but we've blown circuits using hair dryers or hair straighteners. We ended up going to the local "dollar" store and buying a cheap European hair dryer for the equivalent of $5 US.
