Deutsche Bahn offers a bus transfer from Nurnberg main station to Prague main station. It's a large, comfortable double-decker and it is faster than taking the train.

Alternatively, there is Flixbus, which is more of a low-cost carrier.

A friend of mine uses the DBahn bus that Marcus mentions on a fairly regular basis and highly recommends it.
