Any recommendations on quick way to get from Florence Italy to Cinque Terre? Staying in quince terre for 3 days then heading back to Rome

The train from Florence to La Spezia takes 1.5 hours, and from La Spezia, you can take another train or the ferry to get to the towns of Cinque Terre.
