Hello everyone!!In August I will be travelling to Prague. I will be staying at Antik Hotel (adress: Dlouha 22). I would like to ask how I can get to the hotel by public means of transport. I mean which bus from the airport to take etc.Of course, I know that I can get a taxi but I prefer to use the means of transport.

So if you are arriving during the day my preference is the 119 bus from the airport to Veleslavin metro. Then take that line and get off at Staromestka (Old Town). Then a 5 minute walk from there across the Old Town Square into Dlouha and the Antik is 100 metres on the right. CZK32 ticket for you and a CZK16 for any piece of large luggage. Or you have options for buying a pass i.e. 1-day or 3-day at the airport. If you use the new ticket machines, start with "shopping guide", then "MHD" and that gives ticket options.

I have answered on your other thread but will add to Jason's excellent reply with an slight alternative.
Bus 119 to Veleslavin and then 26 tram to Dlouha Trida stop and a few minutes walk from there.
both can be done on a 32kc ticket available from stands in the main concourse of the airport or from the machines in arrivals hall (well T1 has one , never used T2) also at the actual bus stops.
should take no more than 40 minutes whatever route you choose, though the tram will let you see a bit of the city.
