My daughter and I are leaving Cesky Krumlov for the airport in Vienna on or around September 16, 2015. What is the best way to get there? What are some of our travel options? Believe we will have to catch an early afternoon flight.

Have you tried looking at Bean Shuttle? It should be around 30 euros/person and apparently they'll pick you up directly at your hotel in Cesky Krumlov.

There are a number of shuttle services out of C-K hauling tourists between Prague, C-K, Linz, Salzburg and Vienna. And they're pretty reasonably priced. BeanShuttle.com or CKShuttle.cz will get you there.

We used CK Shuttles twice last year. We did a private shuttle to allow for scenic stops along the way, but you can use a shared shuttle. If I remember correctly, the shared shuttle was maybe $30.
