Hi All - we (2 adults) would like to take a day trip from Prague to Cesky Krumlov. What is the best way to do this, via train or bus? This would be in late June. Would greatly appreciate your suggestions - thanks in advance!
I've been to Prague but never to Cesky.
you can take the train; here is the information you need:

or you can take the bus I recommend Flixbus

Thank you, Jazz & Travels, for the links - much appreciated!
train is the hard way. Bean Shuttle and CK Shuttle will take you direct at a reasonable rate.
for something like this I would suggest joining with one of the many excursion groups from Prague. It is a fair distance to go and from the train station a bit of a walk to the main town.Perfectly possibleto do on your own but for a bit extra you take all the hassle out of it.

this one includes hotel pick up, entrance to castle and lunch.
We're going with the bus option based on your suggestion - thanks all!
In both Republic and Main Town Squares are multiple kiosks for tours both in and around Prague and further afield including CK. Reservations aren't required. ( I was there in May, it might be different in July and August when Prague is more mobbed with tourists).
