Transport in Prague

I can't speak to the RS recommendation but we used the car service provided by Hotel Hastal. We had an early morning departure and the driver was on time, and affordable. It gave us peace of mind.

Highly recommend Chris and his crew at Prague Airport Transfers! Website is: www.prague-airport-transfers.com. He is an American married to a local gal and has lived there for years. We used him a few years ago on the advice of someone on T.A. and it worked out great. We have just made another reservation with him for our trip in December. He and his crew are very personable, reliable, vehicles are clean, and they will give you tips on the drive in about money exchange, best restaurants, etc and answer any questions. Don't know if Uber does the airport there. We did Uber from the train station and it worked for us. Several others there doing the same

I also recommend Chris. Using Uber point-to-point in the city is no problem but to and from the airport but there can be issues with the airport taxi drivers. Not for the passengers, but the driver is taking a chance especially if picking up.

You can get to the main train station in Prague most efficiently using the Airport express bus. From the main train station any where you are likely to stay as a casual tourist should be close, a taxi drive short and inexpensive.

Just got back last night and used Chris as recommended here and it was a great experience. Would for sure use again and would recommend.

Prague Airport Transfers, just used them a few weeks ago. They text you when your driver arrives, you can choose to prepay or pay the driver, either cash or credit card. Car was clean, driver was pleasant, he even gave us a city map. We did the credit card option, $27. Well worth it after a long flight from the US.
