Kim, there are direct buses from the main train station that goes directly to the airport every 30 minutes. The ride is 40 minutes.
Here is a bus line that takes you directly there.

If your card has the "contactless" pay option then you can use that on the bus going to the airport. Otherwise you need CZK cash.
