We'll be in Prague and then take a train to Vienna. Ideally there's a train leaving Prague around 11:00. All information welcome!

I just checked a random date. Looks like your options are 10:35 am or 12:42 pm.
The Prague main station is Praha.hl.n. The Vienna main station is Wien.hbf

In addition to Czech and OBB Railjet trains, there is also RegioJet, which is considered to be a discount rail line - the cars may appear older or the outside, but the interiors are fine, and prices can be quite low. Prague to Vienna at 9:00 & 13:00.
