Tipping in Prague?

What's the current tipping practice? Add any tip to a credit card, or is cash more appreciated?

When it comes to tips -- cash in local currency is always preferred. Tipping in Prague is about the same as the rest of Europe. A few coins, rounding up the ticket. etc. I probably average about 10%.
