Things to do in Prague

Hey all! My wife and I just visited prague over the week of Christmas and really enjoyed our time in this extremely beautiful city! I did quite a bit of research before we went and we had a pretty diverse itinerary. I've just written a bit about some of our favorite things we did while in the city, which you might find helpful in planning your own trip. I've also marked a few spots of note on a google map which I'll link to here as well. Hope this helps in your travel prep and let me know if you have any questions!

just got back today from a week in Prague over the new year period your report is great and the photos excellent. I was in the dancing House on Tuesday to see the Josef Lada exhibtion, very famous Illustrator and famous for his illustrations of the Good Soldier Svejk books by Jaroslav hasek ( I have a tattoo of Svejk on my left arm) .we went up onto the roof top terrace to get some great views of Prague night time,.The same evening we went to U Pinkasu to watch the ice hockey on TV (Czech republic beat Finland in the world juniors in the Quarter final on a penalty shoot-out. great atmosphere in there and I was there with my Czech buddy,it was his insistence we went there.
U Pinkasu was the first place to serve Pilsner Urquell in Prague , they had been drinking it for a year before hand in Plzen itself, the original tap is still there downstairs as you head to the toilets.
great pub and one I can highly recommend , also has a great and very unusual beer garden open in the summer.
Glad you found the "pissing men" statue and there are numerous great public art works about the city,if folk have time worth spending a day seeking them out.
thanks for your report
