Would anyone have the name of a taxi company that is legit for us to make reservations with for pick up train station and taking us to Lesser Town hotel? What I'm reading about issues is worrisome.. We will be arriving from Dresden around 1500-1600.
Any help appreciated.

I'm not sure about the train station, but we were able to get to Lesser Town from the bus station by hopping on a tram and then walking. This was suggested to us by the B&B we were staying in in Lesser Town. You might want to contact your hotel and ask them their advice.
Also, I believe AAA is a reputable taxi company.
