Suggestions for a good hotel in Prague

Hello everyone! I am from Greece and next summer I will travel to Prague for the first time. I looked through the Internet for a hotel but there are so many and I can't decide on which one to choose. I was wondering if anyone of you had been there and could help me choose.
Thanks in advance for your time and asnwer.

This past May we stayed at House at the Big Boot (Dům u velké boty) and it was amazing! It is in a quiet and nice area and short walk to Charles Bridge. The rooms were huge and the breakfast was delicious. They made eggs to order for us every morning. We loved it here.

We stayed at the Hotel Hastal which is in Rick's book. When we were there, one of his tour groups was also staying there. Not far from the town square, great breakfast, tea/coffe/wine available in the lobby, free of charge, and extremely nice people. Also, it is across the street from a a restaurant called Local, also in Rick's book. Great food, we ate there twice.

If you have a liberal budget my suggestion would be Hotel Kings Court in the Old Town Square area. Everything was exceptional! Food (best breakfast buffet I have ever had anywhere), service, location etc. I spent 9 days there in July, and this was my 1st trip to Prague. Also, if you can afford it, spring for an Executive Room. The perks are incredible including a lounge with great food and drink, spa, indoor pool etc. Directly across from Republic Square.

Thank you so much for your suggestion Orv !I really appreciate it. To be honest with you, I was thinking of spending no more than 70 euros per night (that's how much I can afford) but I will check the hotel you told me right now, just in case.

have a look at this link for information and links to accommodation.
70 euros is not a huge budget but certainly you will find somewhere to suit.
I am in Prague several times a year and always stay in the Dejvice area of the city, not central but easy to get into the centre when I need to by Metro or tram, the public transport system in Prague is cheap and very good.
I usually stay in the Hotel Dap or Hotel Art Meda, both 3 stars hotels (art Meda says it is a 4 star but it is not). and certainly you should be able to get them for your budget.

the living Prague website is very good, lots of great info there. I have known Jason who runs the website for well over 10 years now and we meet up whenever I am in the city. he started doing tours nearly 2 years ago and they really are very good and very reasonable, max group size of 6 and he gets top reviews on rip Advisor

Just got home from Prague (12.12.17). We stayed at the Maximillien which is about a 10 minute walk from Old Town Square and Republic Square as well. It is VERY nice and the staff VERY responsive to requests for eating and sight-seeing. Rick's guidebook suggests that hotels will sell your tram tickets -- not so at the Maximillien -- but this was only a MINOR distraction from an excellent stay. We would go back!
