Entirely by accident, we scheduled our arrival in Prague on St. Wenceslas Day (Monday next week). We're arriving by train about 9:30 am. We understand that most shops will be closed, but we're excited about the opportunity to be there on this special day. Other than shop closures,
- what other closures or logistical issues should we be aware of, and
- what advice do you have about the best way to take part in the festivities?

Restuarants, cafes will be open as usual. The supermarkets at the train station and corner Vietnemese shops will be open if you need water, snacks.
The crown jewels are currently on display and the last day will be SEPT 28. About a 2hr wait

Not really anything planned for the center for Prague 1. You can visit his statue in front of the National museum.
Most of the main activites are outside of Prague.. mass, procession etc.
You could visit Prague 8.. there is a carnival- festival event starting at 2pm. Uber or Bolt would be the easiest transport.

bus,tram, metro are on a Sunday schedule..so, slightly less frequent times. (For Monday, on the posted times at the tram stops. look at the third column (Sunday) for times.)
offhand.. Cafe Louvre, Cafe Imperial, Powder Tower, Kafka Head, National Museum. Of course the castle, bridge and clock.
