Hello! We will be in Prague for Easter and are curious what to expect as far as weather goes. I know its impossible to predict, but just hoping to get a general sense of what to pack.
Thanks!

Pack layers.
We have been in Prague in April and we were fine most days in T-shirt and jeans with a lightweight fleece jacket for colder days. We also had a couple of rainy days so take an umbrella and/or rain jacket.
I agree with Aussie nomad. layers, it can be warm enough for shorts and t-shirts and other times very cold , you really can't predict.I was meeting up with a friend from kansas city late March one year, we were out walking and he was suffering, asked him what was wrong, he sais he was wearing his thermal underwear and was overheating,In Kansas city it was usually bitterly cold that time of year. We went to the tolilets in the train station, took his thermals off ,packed them in his back[ack and never wore them again.
just thinking last April I was in Prgaue for a friends 60th birthday, it was mixed weather with rain and sunsuhine but on the actual day of his birthday Party it was warm and dry and we had a barbeque in his garden to celebrate.
The only thing you can reasonable predict is that the mornings will be cold. After that either the whole day is cool or it'll be warm enough for shorts. Leave it until 10 days before you travel and then look at the forecast.
Thanks for the replies and sharing your firsthand experiences, much more insightful than historical averages online!
Our experience at your shoulder time of year is one day winter, one day spring, a little drizzle, repeat cycle.
We still had
a great time.
Safe travels!
