I am arriving in Prague (ETA 17:00)
Walking from main train station Praha hl.n. To hotel at the top of Wenceslas Square. I’m wondering about the walk through the park across the street from the station. I’m read it’s okay, I think Rick Steves suggests this path. I’ve also read- stay out! Wondering experience suggested!! Please help me plan my path!

it is absolutely fine and it is right outside the station,no road to cross it really is not much of a park just a strip of grass land with a few bushes.several years ago the area was quite over grown but they have cut everything back and it is ok. you may see a few vagrants about but they cause no harm. I have walked in this area at all times of the day and night including the small hours of the morning and never had a problem, the area is perfectly safe.
