Visit the Strahov monastery for beer and lunch. And stay away from the burger restaurant Fat Cat in the Stare Mesto (old town). What a ripoff.
For things to see aside from the usual, I recommend the Vyšehrad fortress for terrific views of the city and a fascinating look at Czech history.
Same response as your other post for Amsterdam, start with these suggestions: https://www.ricksteves.com/europe/czech-republic/prague
Sleep in the old town and visit the square, Charles Bridge, Jewish Quarter and the Castle Quarter. Make sure you step inside St. Vitus Cathedral in the Castle Quarter.
We really enjoyed our stay at the House at the Big Boot. Well located, quiet and safe area…near embassies.. walk to Charles Bridge in about 10 minutes, tram nearby. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful, breakfast was nice. In Mala Strana. Safe travels
At the foot of the hill near Strahov Monastery, near a tram line stop, is Restaurace a Penzion U Svejku. We stopped here several times in our month in Prague. Go for lunch, grab a table outside, and people watch. Sometimes we would be seated with strangers, which made for a different but not unpleasant experience. We would channel our inner "Rick Steves" and simply take in our surroundings and talk with locals, if possible.
If you like a Jazz bar/dinner place, U Maleho Glena has decent food and jazz bands in its basement room. Some bands require prior reservations, as the room is pretty small. We had a good dinner and listened to excellent musicians there. We were seated practically next to the piano players bench!
There is so much to see in Prague! I lived there for a total of 1 year, 1 month. If you're catholic, you can go see the infant Jesus.
The usual sights in Prague will keep you preoccupied.
Any remaining time for something completely different (unless one makes it point to track down such sites), I would suggest the Military History / Tank Museum in Prague. Located in Pilsen the largest armament factories in Central Europe were in the hands of the Czechs.
