Route recommendation from Cesky Krumlow

Hi Everyone,
We plan to spend 6 nights in Czech republic in early September. For 3 nights I already booked a hotel in Prague ( we have been to Prague and Karlovy Vary 20 years ago). We have 3 more nights and would like to go to Cesky Krumlow and also visit Telc and Trebic. Then we need to get to Berlin ( probably by train). I am having a hard time mapping the route. Should we do day trips from
Cesky Krumlow ( stay there for 3 nigths) to Telc and Treblic and then comeback to Prague to get on the train to Berlin? Or should we travel towards Brno and go to Berlin from there. We can even drive to Bratislava and get a flight to Berlin on Ryan air. I think it is $19 now + baggage fees. We can rent the car or get a private transfer if it will helps us.
I would appreciate any suggestions/recommendations.

Thank you,
Maria

It would be better to start with Cesky Krumlov, Telc and Trebic and then Prague. Because it is the easiest to get to Berlin from there. Direct train, 4 to 5 hours. If you cannot rebook your accommodation in Prague then you do Prague first then C.K. I would not do day trips from C.K. to Telc and Trebic. Too much precious time would be spent on transportation. If you want you can rent a car but it's not necessary. There are many connections by bus from C.K. to Telc. The two best ones are with just one change of buses in Ceske Budejovice. Leaving C.K. at 6:15 and 11:00, arriving to Telc at 8:41, resp.13:56. Few hours to see Telc is enough. Then you can choose one of many buses which go to nearby Trebic. Depending on how much time you want for Trebic (it's quite bigger than Telc) you either stay overnight in Trebic or continue to Brno by bus or by train. Brno is a nice town, untouristy, with a lot of to do and see, quite underrated on this Forum. It did not even make it to Rick Steves book Prague & Czech Republic. There are direct trains to Berlin (via Prague) and it takes about two and half hours longer than from Prague. Unless you want to see Bratislava I would not bother with flying. Too much hassle and especially with Ryan Air. And certainly not to go there by rental car. You would be for a big sticker shock. For 24 years no more Czechoslovakia. Now Bratislava is in a different country and to rent a car in one country and return in another - highway robbery! You can check train and bus schedule here: http://www.idos.cz . You can switch it to English.

Thank you very much. Unfortunately I cannot change Prague hotel reservation. So I would have to start from Prague. I am considering hiring a guide/driver for a day and go from CK to Brno stopping on the way at Telc and Treblic and then spend a night at Brno. Next day we can take direct overnight train to Berlin. It is not straight forward route, but we just have to go with it.

Thank you so much for your input and recommendations.
