Not personally used it but for withdrawing money from ATM's it seems to vary depending on the bank. Try https://community.revolut.com/t/atm-withdrawal-in-czech-republic/30991 to get a better idea.

Revolut Cards are great. I use them all the time for traveling. They are great for splitting bills and easily keeping track of finances. They should be part of every traveler's toolkit.
