Any restaurant recommendations in Mikulov or valtice? We’ll be in both in the next couple of weeks.

Locals recommended Valticka Rychta. I ordered elk goulash. Very good. I don't remember the name of restaurant in Mikulov. It was on the square. Nowadays you don't find a bad restaurant there. Look at Rick Steves book - what he recommends.

We had a great dinner at the Hotel Templ restaurant (where we are staying). We also had a lovely dinner at Sojka and Spol on the main square. The service here is so much better here than in Prague and Cesky Krumlov! The local wine is excellent. We haven’t met any other English speaking tourists here.
