Recommendations on Vacation Rentals in Prague for a Family Vacation

We are a group of 8, ages 20 - 80, who will be traveling to Prague in May. We are thinking that renting an apartment or small townhouse might be a more affordable option to getting hotel rooms and eating out all the time (although I have found in my travels that this is sometimes not true, and the food and apartment end up being just as much).

Questions:
- What are the best and most reliable sites for finding vacation rentals in Prague, beyond AirBnB (does AirBnB serve Prague well?)?
- How likely are we to find something in an area that is close to the center of the city or in the city to make accessibility easy, given our older travelers?
- Any suggestions for hotels with kitchenettes (similar to a Residence Inn or something), as this might be another good option?

Booking.com also has many apartment options. Just make sure the building has an elevator as some of the older buildings might only have stairs.

We like to stay in Vinohrady area of Prague. It's about four metro stops for the action and is a nice, family friendly area with good local restaurants, cafes, bakeries and supermarkets. We stay in Hotel Anna and the immediate neighbourhood is lovely.

On our last trip to Prague in 2019 I had a knee brace and a walking stick and managed fine using the metro. I just wasn't agile enough to get on and off trams.
