Pruhonice Park

Does the Prague transportation day pass cover the trip out to Cestlice on bus #328 to visit Pruhonice Park and the Dendrological Garden?

I have been to Pruhonice park many times and will be there again next month , my header photo on my facebook page is of Pruhonice, lovely place..As Marcus says you can't use the transport pass and I think it was 18kc when I was last there about a year ago, just pay the driver, buses leave from Opatov metro , run about every 15 minutes depending on the time of day and it takes about 15 minutes from there. bus stop is about 200 yards from the entrance to the park., there is a nice café inside the grounds at the Chateau which is very nice. great place to visit and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

If you go to the Dendrological garden first you can also take the 385 or 363 from Opatov (both CZK18). Get off at the Aquapalace/Cestlice (the one before Cestlice) stop at walk back down the road 200 metres. From there you can walk to the Pruhonice park in about 20 minutes allowing for crossing roads etc. Unclegus probably knows the 363 because at the end of that line is the Velkopopovicky Brewery!!! Unclegus, let me know when and I'll meet you there. Did you know that every Sunday now they have a special train which goes from Hlavni Nadrazi and finishes up at the gate of the brewery (takes 40 minutes - free countryside tour). CZK390 includes the train ticket and a brewery tour (including tasting) but currently only Czech language as they've just started. If that changes I'll let you know.
