Hello Forum Travelers -
(1) We have read that public transport in Prague is free if one is over 65 (carrying proof of age of course). Do we still need to obtain tickets or public transport passes which are free to us 70 y.o.'s - - as opposed to just walking on a tram (for example) without a ticket or pass?
(2) We like the location in Old Town Prague of The Hotel Dominican but would like to hear the opinion of Forum Travelers. It seems near a metro stop, a quiet location, has a breakfast buffet, walkable to most OT and NT sights, plus the reservation is "flexible"(refundable).
Your assistance is much appreciated! Happy Travels.
