We are seeking recommendations for English speaking tour guides in Prague. We will be in Prague from June 20th through the 25th.
[email protected]. Sarka lead our Revolutionary walk in October with a RS group. She is lively, funny, very bright, and speaks English well. She was a hoot telling us about her Communist childhood. I highly recommend her.
We were in Prague last week and used a guide named Barbora Jozlova`. She was great, just herself and a driver named Tony. They did a great job showing us the city. She spoke English well, was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We would never had seen some of the places without her great guidance. Her e mail address is [email protected]. They picked us up and delivered us to our hotel.
Hi Sue,
One of the most amazing walking tours is Tour4Charity. The guides are really friendly, knowledgeable, and the tour highly entertaining as well as a great historical guide to Prague and Bohemia! A unique twist is that all ticket profits go to one of the local charities there and the guides rely on tips! I can only recommend them.
We used Context tours for our trip to Prague two weeks ago. We took two tours: Hapsburgs and Jesuits, Castle District and Strahov Monastery. We found the tour guides engaging and responsive to our needs and our questions. With their knowledge and background in academia, we could discuss history, religion, art history, architecture and current events and politics.
we did the free walking tour with Sandeman and had Filip as a guide. He was by far one of the best tour guides we have ever had. So passionate about Prague and very, very informative about the cities past and present. He definitely earned the money!
