Prague to Vienna via Krumlov

Hi,
We wanted to travel from prague to vienna on 6th june, we are intending to go via krumlov.
Since we are travelling with our luggage, we thought of approaching a car transfer, but the trip seems to be expensive, is there any train route from prague to krumlov, so we can keep our luggage in a locker, have 1-2 hours in krumlov. And a train to vienna.
Also on our way, we want to know option for a stop over in durnstien and wachau.

Is it possible to handle to cover this by train or bus?, we will have our luggage as well with us

It's TOTALLY not worth it to do this for just two hours in Cesky Krumlov!!! That's about enough time to store your bags, walk to the center, take a few snapshots, and then walk back. I'd aim for more time than that - otherwise, just skip it.

There is no direct train route, and I think the buses (last I check) from Krumov to Vienna would not be direct. What some people do is take a shuttle from Cesky Krumlov to VIenna. You can probably find a place to store your luggage - I'm sure you can figure that out. Take the train or bus to Cesky Krumlov.

Here's one of the transfer companies I am aware of - I think there is more than one. I haven't used them or any of them - found doing research for a prior trip to Czech Republic:

As mentioned upthread, we have booked a future shared transfer with CK Shuttle from Vienna>>via Cesky Krumlov (2 nights) >>Prague. We chose this company based on positive reviews from relatives and RS Forum recommendations. We were looking at the convenience of door-to-door service and comfort. www.ckshuttle.cz

I would just skip Krumlov entirely.

A good alternative would be to just walk down Karlova Street in Prague (the tourist rat run that runs between Old Town Square and Charles Bridge) at 3pm in the afternoon. You'll have the same sensation that you'd get in Cesky Krumlov - overcrowded and unpleasant - and you'll have saved yourself the trip.
