We were in Prague two years ago and found a wonderful store that made beautiful hand cut glasses. We are returning to Prague in 10 days but now learned that the store in town is no longer open. However, a lovely woman from the company said we woud be welcome to come too the production facility outside of Prague. It is at Jezve 127, Struznice-Jezve. I tried to find a road map of Czech Repubic to see if we could rent a car to go there or potentially hire a driver to take us. I could not find a road map or get a sense of how far this is from Prague. Can anyone assist in advising us on this? We think it would be wonderful to see the actual place and people who make this lovely glass.

You can find the location on Google Maps. It's about 55 miles from Prague. Google estimates a driving time of 80 minutes, but I'd take a look at ViaMichelin.com as well. Using the address of your planned hotel or rental-car agency as a starting point rather than simple "Prague" would give better results.
