Prague to St Avold WWll cemetery

Is that "Lorraine American Cemetery and Memorial", (Cimetière américain de Saint-Avold) in Saint-Avold, Moselle, France?
Looking at a map, the nearest large towns are Saarbrücken or Strasbourg. St Avold does not have a station, to get to the cemetery you would almost certainly need a car.
Strasbourg has an airport. So you could fly Prague to Strasbourg, or get a train from Prague to Saarbrücken or Strasbourg, and in either case then pick up a hire car.

If you are going from Prague to Saarbrücken to Metz, you could use the station at Forbach (Fr.), the first station over the French border, used to look like a pit stop, all very interesting country to traverse between Saarbrücken and Metz.
