Four of us would like to hire a driver from Prague to Munich. Mike's limo was mentioned but I cannot locate info on this. Also someone else blogged this question and there were no replies. Anyone have info on where we can get an honest driver?

CK Shuttle. We used them twice in a recent trip (Vienna to Cesky Krumlov, and Cesky Krumlov to Prague), and were very happy with the service.

Besides the Bahn IC bus, which is the fastest way to get from Prague to Munich (about 4½) by public transportation, there are four per day modern German trains run by ALX from Praque to Munich. To get the best fare with the bus, you have to buy a non-exchangeable ticket well in advance, but with the train you can do it with an inexpensive Czech Rail ticket from Prague to Furth im Wald, where the train crosses the border into Germany and a Bayern-Ticket from there. You can buy these tickets right up to the time of travel at the same price.
