Prague to Cesky Krumlov - Road Trip with stops

Hi there. I am planning a day trip from Prague to CK in late October.
First time to Eastern Europe, we are in a group of 2 couples, mid 40s.
The idea is to rent a car and head to Pilzen first. Visit for a little while and move on to Zvikov Castle, then Orlik Castle. Another stop at Písek and walk around for a bit and head to Hluboka Castle. After that visit Ceske Budejovice before finally arriving in CK, where we will spend a night and the next morning before heading to Vienna.
Everything will be done by car.
What are your takes on this route? Is it doable in a 1 day. Too many stops?
How are road conditions? How about having an occasional beer and driving?
I'd like to hear some opinions.
Thank you so much.

The area is 'Central' Europe.
You will need a highway vignette to drive on Austrian highway.

Are you driving one way or returning to Prague? It is normally expensive to go one-way only.

The driver must have 0% alcohol level!
There is the famous Pilsner brewery (tour) in Plzen
There is also the original Budweiser brewery (tour) in Ceske Budejovice if interested.
Possibly lunch here in CB https://www.masne-kramy.cz/en#home

I would likely skip Pisek as there is not much there except for the old bridge. More things to see/ do in CB.
Instead of Pisek, possibly visit the World Heritage site of Holašovice - a preserved village. Check a map to see if it fits into your route. https://www.theelegantwanderer.com/a-unesco-historic-village-of-holasovice/

Yes, that is a bit too many stops. I would skip the smaller casltes unless you need a break. Plus, you will have the castle in Cesky Krumlov. Definitely take the tour for the Baroque theater in CK.
