I am attempting to book a trip from Prague to Berlin using the bahn.com website. I can not seem to get to the page where you pay. I am hung up on the personal info page. This will be happening on March 3, 2023, and I thought I got the trip booked...but no! Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem? Any help will be most appreciated! Thanks!

I have redone all the fields a few times and I don't see anything that I left blank. I am wondering if it would be easier to book on the Czech Republic train site? Do you have any experience with them?

We have used the Czech railways site multiple times to book trains and have never had any problems.

In September our tickets from Berlin to Prague were significantly less when we purchased them through the Czech Railways cd.cz app than if we purchased them through barn.com or the DB (duetsche barn) app. Same train but lower cost buying from the Czech railways.
