Can anyone recommend a top-notch tattoo shop in Prague?

can' recommend any particular one as I have not used any though I have been to a tattoo exhibition in Prague. I would look at the Ex-pats website and ask there,though I have quite a few tattoos I would never consider getting one while travelling as the care and management of the tattoo for the first week or so afterwards often needs a lot of work,too easy to badly stain hotel bed-sheets the first night after a tattoo as I have d my own sheets.

I actually have a tattoo of the Good Soldier Svejk on my left arm and if you go to my profile on Trip Advisor you will see it there as I use it as my Avatar.
