Pet transportation. Help!

Hello, everyone!
I am looking for a person who is planning a trip to USA in a nearest future and would be willing to transport a tiny dog(Maltese) from Prague to USA. The dog was left there while my in-laws were fleeing war in Ukraine. Due to CDC regulations we were unable to bring dog here at that time, but i now have all needed documents. I just know if that would be on my way i would help. Even for free. However we are ready to discuss money. We just really want the dog be with it's owners again! Please, if you know anyone who is planning a trip to USA - ask!
Thank you so much!

I'll allow this thread to remain as I think the people of our forum genuinely want to be helpful.

However, this scenario as presented by a new forum member is loaded with risk if you don't do your due diligence. Understand that A) this forum and company (Rick Steves Europe) bear zero responsibility or liability as a result of anything that happens to either party before, during, or after this proposed agreement/scenario, B) you are advised to ensure the legality of your actions in transporting an animal that you don't own over borders (and don't be an accidental drug runner) and C) consider what happens if the purported owner does not show up to collect the animal. D) Consider if you will be required to pay any costs in this process. Get money up front. E) Look into any animal quarantine requirements.

Here's just one set of issues to consider:

Any follow-up messages should use our Private Message system to initiate contact and then move to direct email/phone/in-person discussions, etc.

a) I am just literally trying anything to find a person who could help, so obviously no one is responsible, except myself.
b) My mother in-law is the owner and she is living with me in Miami, Florida. All paperwork and documents are legal. If i would even consider to do anything illegal the dog already would be here.
c) How is that even possible, that my mother in-law, that is crying over her dog being away from her, not going to show up to collect her pet? Imagine, she had to leave everything back in Ukraine, INCLUDING her dog, come to US seeking safety and now I am literally just being her voice here.
d) as i mentioned, money are discussable.
e) the dog does not need to be quarantined, because it has a chip, it has a rabbies vaccine and it has an antibody titer test from a CDC approved laboratory confirming presence of antibodies. Once it's here it will get checked with a vet here and get a USDA approved vaccine.

I am not trying to do anything illegal. All my actions are followed after reading and talking directly with CDC representatives. I just need to find a kind person to transport a dog to it's owners back, as no one from our family can unfortunately travel abroad.
