Trying to purchase a 2 person couchette departing Prague 21 June arriving in Budapest on the 22nd. I am assuming the main train stations in my request. I am getting error messages. Am I trying to purchase too soon?

Yes. Tickets on this route go on sale starting 60 days before travel.

Main Train Station is in Prague - Praha hlavni nadrazi. For Budapest you have to decide between Budapest-Nyugati and Budapest-Keleti (East and West). If you put Budapest Main Train Station it could say error.
