Has anyone brought this cheese ("stinky cheese") back to the US? I know most cheese is allowed, but not sure about this one.

I did not bring it. I don't like it. I surfed the internet and could not find anything which would say that you cannot bring it. So if I were you I would take chances. I would leave it in original packaging. Of course you have to declare it when they are asking about food. Without going into details - cheese from the Czech Republic. This website is talking about cheese but it is not specific:
