Has anyone ever used this cable car in the hotel? If so, what is the restaurant like at the top?
You'll likely get more answers to your questions if you include things like the name of the city you're visiting and the name of the restaurant you're asking about.
I'm just guessing you're talking about Prague. The hotel looks decent - but it's not in the city center of Prague where most of the sites you came to see are located.
This hotel is in Prague. We are looking for places less visited and location isn’t high in the list. This sounds like a unique opportunity to consider but I would like to know if anyone else has tried it.
Specifically the bottom of the cable car is the NH Prague City Hotel and the top of the cable car is the NH Collection. The restaurant at the top is Il Giardino Toscano. I went here when it still had the old cable car. Nice city views. You'll be paying CZK300 per person if you order the Mon-Fri lunch menu or if you go for the regular menu then allow CZK600 per person including a drink. Nice food, mostly hotel guests or private events. You'll probably eat inside and then go out to enjoy a drink on the terrace.
Ok. Thanks. Based on what I’ve seen, that’s fairly pricey for Prague. Would you agree Jason?
Well it's priced for a high quality smart restaurant so it's got the correct pricing for that. Is it a place I would go out of my way to go to? no.
