Need recommendations for a medium priced Prague hotel close to city center

I'll be staying in Prague for three nights at the end of June and would appreciate recommendations for comfortable and convenient hotels.

I'd like to be close to the main sights if at all possible, but I know that with about a month to go, that might be hard, so further out but close to good public transit is also doable. I'd prefer to spend below $150/night for a single room. Since I keep reading about 90 degree days in Central Europe these days, I would prefer a room with air con, and as a small woman (even with a small suitcase) would prefer having an elevator. Any hotel suggestions?

Also, I have a 9am flight home on the 4th day and am wondering how long it might take from the city center to the airport, both by Uber or on public transport (assuming it starts early enough to get me there by 6-6.30am). Thanks in advance!

We will be staying in Old Town in September. We are staying at the highly recommended Hotel Hastal. We booked a room with air conditioning. Not familiar with rates for June. We booked about 4 months ago and felt the price was good for 6 nights. Yes, it is my understanding it has an elevator. I believe the airport is about 20 minutes from Old Town.

Look At the hotel seven days. Nice hotel with a good restaurant.

We used a cab and it was 20 minutes on a Sunday morning

If I can't find a RS recommended hotel, or not one at price I like, I use Booking.com to see what is around in my price range/location preferences. One can always contact the hotel directly as Rick recommends.

Currently there are 57 properties listed for Prague on June 26-29, less than 1/2 mile from the center 9.0+ rating for under 150 Euros a night (although you would have to pay in Czech money or credit card).

We have always been pleased with the 9.0+ hotels when we have used this site..... But they have their own descriptions on amenities so you have to see what you can find.

Also, Prague is a very noisy city so you may want to specifically request a back room away from the street.

Good luck. It is great place to visit.

I stayed at the Iron Gate Hotel on Michalska, just steps to a passage that opened onto the main square. It was lovely, a very old building with many different rooms, spacious and very attractive--I was upgraded to a room with a separate living room. Excellent breakfast, too. There was A/C, elevator, and a very helpful front desk. I stayed in 2014 and a friend stayed last Sept and found it just as wonderful. I took a taxi from and to the airport, perhaps 25 minutes at most.

Leonardo is on the riverside with the entry one street behind. A very pleasant restaurant just up the road https://www.kabulrestaurant.cz/?lang=en. Never tried Afghan food before? just tell the guy how much you want to spend and he'll make some suggestions for you to enjoy a nice meal. Very friendly environment.
