need 7 day itinerary for New York to Prague Late Nov

As there are no direct flights to Prague from JFK/ EWR needed your advice on visiting Prague for a college student who is studying abroad from USA. Timeframe is 11/22-11/30 (give or take) 2025 and consists of Mom/Dad and senior HS student. We would visit another country before Prague or after Prague. Paris , London. Amsterdam I see are viable options thanks to the airlines Also trains to/from Vienna or Venice or Munich are also viable options.

All parties (except Father) never visited any of the countries above before so all good there.

What options/ advice/ do you offer. to summarize - fly from NY to country A, then Prague then back to NY or visa versa. we can also do the fly to country A then Prague then country B to NY . The college student will meet us in whatever country we visit.

I know its vague, but this forum has a great track record of 7 for 7.

For cost, it is usually less expensive to fly in and out of the same airport. We flew ORD to Munich then took a train to Prague. When done in Prague, we returned by train to Munich, spent some time there, and flew back to Chicago.

However, we spent a month in Prague, and were doing "slow travel", so we did not mind the 5 +/- hours for each train trip. With only 7 days you may not want to do this. On the other hand, making connections on each day of flights will eat into your time as well.
