Would it be advisable to bike from Breclev - Lednice - Mikulov - Valtrice - Breclev (27 mile) loop? [in july]
Too much for one day? stopping to see the sights?
Scenery would be nice?

Yep, sounds lovely. It's a nice part of the country to spin around on a bike, and there are lots of well-marked trails.
Have a look at mapy.cz. It has all of the bike trails marked on to it.
